This poor guy was found in a storm drain after being horrifically attacked by a person unknown. We believe this was caused from boiling oil being thrown on him. Bernie had been chained up too and had a fracture in between his shoulder blades.
Bernie , 2 years on is a happy dog living his best life with a pack in the countryside. His skin will need constant attention as he resides in Zimbabwe.
What a star patient this guy has been.

After being attacked by five dogs, crocodile oil was applied twice daily. The pictures show the difference over a two week time frame.
Happily this horse is now fully recovered and is now being ridden again.

Post Operative Care
Receiving this message from the RSPCA surgical team was great, It's believed that this poor guy was chopped with an axe.
RSPCA were using crocodile oil instead of using the conventional antibiotics, no infection arose and the wound healed up perfectly.
Wonderful news as once he recovered he found a wonderful forever home.
